1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AISoftware Design ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website and our AI design tools (the "Service"). We handle your data responsibly and in line with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where it applies.

2. Data We Collect

  • Order data: name, email address, the products and Plans you bought, amount paid, order ID, license keys and order status — collected when you place an order.
  • Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe and Mollie. We receive a payment reference and confirmation, but we never see or store your full card number or bank credentials.
  • Design data: the prompts, brand details, images, logos and other files you enter or upload into the tools, and the designs you create.
  • Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) used for security and troubleshooting.
  • Session data: a session cookie that keeps your shopping cart working.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To process orders and deliver your license keys and access details;
  • To run the AI tools and generate the designs you ask for;
  • To provide customer support and handle upgrades and refunds;
  • To send transactional emails about your order (we do not send marketing emails without your consent);
  • To secure, maintain and improve the Service, and to prevent fraud and misuse.

4. Legal Bases

We process your data to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing, improving and preventing misuse of the Service (Art. 6(1)(f)). Where we ask for consent, we rely on that consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Your Designs and Uploads

Prompts, uploads and generated designs are used solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell or publish them, and we do not use them to train AI models without your explicit consent. Designs are stored in your workspace until you delete them or your license ends; websites you publish are, by their nature, publicly visible.

6. AI Providers

Some features are powered by third-party AI model providers. When you use those features, the relevant prompt or file is sent to the provider only to generate your result, under agreements that prohibit them from using it to train their models.

7. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to operate the shopping cart and checkout. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.

8. Sharing Your Data

We share data only with:

  • Payment processors (Stripe, Mollie) — to complete your purchase;
  • Hosting, email and infrastructure providers — to run the website, the tools and to send your receipts;
  • AI model providers — as described in section 6;
  • Authorities — where required by law.

We never sell your personal data.

9. International Transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Data Retention

Order records and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 10 years). Server logs are kept for a short rolling period. Session cookies expire within 24 hours. Design data is kept until you delete it or ask us to.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction or deletion of your data;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Receive your data in a portable format;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to order records. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data to a high standard.

13. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
